Accessibility

We want everyone to be able to look at our events and book a ticket, whatever device or assistive technology they use.
What we aim for
We work towards the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA. That means readable contrast, a site you can operate entirely by keyboard, visible focus, labelled forms, text alternatives for images, and layouts that work at small sizes and when text is enlarged.
What we have done
- The site respects your system's “reduce motion” setting: animations and the decorative cursor are removed, and the intro screen is skipped.
- Booking and contact forms have proper labels, and errors are announced rather than shown by colour alone.
- The booking dialog and the navigation menu can be used with a keyboard.
- A “skip to content” link is available at the top of each page.
Where we know we fall short
We would rather tell you than let you find out:
- Event photos, gallery images and testimonials are added by our team through the admin dashboard. If a description is missing for an image, that is our mistake to fix.
- Some background music plays on the home page. You can mute it with the control in the corner, and your choice is remembered on that device.
- We have not yet completed a full screen-reader review of every page, and our admin dashboard has not been audited for accessibility at all.
- Automated and manual checks are not yet part of every release.
Tell us about a problem
If something here blocks you, email contact@vybex.co.in or call +91 84464 67701. Tell us the page and what went wrong, and we will fix it and reply. If you cannot complete a booking because of an accessibility problem, contact us and we will take the booking directly.
