Refund & Cancellation Policy

The short version

Tickets are non-refundable, except when we cancel the event. If VYBEX cancels an event, every ticket for it is refunded in full.

When you get a refund

  • We cancel the event: you get a full refund of what you paid, without having to ask. We will email you at the address on the booking.
  • You were charged twice for the same booking, or charged for a booking that was never confirmed: tell us and we will return the extra amount.

When you do not get a refund

  • You change your mind, or can no longer attend.
  • You do not turn up, or arrive after entry has closed.
  • You are refused entry or removed by venue security for breaking the venue's rules, the event's age restriction, or the law.

Please check the date, venue and any age restriction before you book. If you are unsure whether an event suits you, ask us first — we would rather answer a question than take a booking you cannot use.

If an event is rescheduled

If we move an event to a different date or venue, we will email ticket holders and tell you what your options are at that time, including how long you have to decide.

How to request a refund

Email contact@vybex.co.in from the address you used to book, and include your Razorpay payment ID — it is in your confirmation email and on the screen after payment. That is all we need to find your booking.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back through Razorpay to the original payment method. We cannot refund to a different card, account or person. Once we start a refund, Razorpay and your bank complete it — this usually takes a few working days, and the exact timing is theirs, not ours. We will confirm by email when we have started it.

Cancelling a booking

There is no account to close and nothing to unsubscribe from — we do not send marketing email. To have your booking data deleted, see your rights in the Privacy Policy. Deleting your data does not by itself refund a ticket, and asking for a refund does not by itself delete your data; you can ask for either or both.
