Terms of Service
Version 1.0 · Effective 2026-09-16
These terms apply when you use this website or buy a ticket to a VYBEX event. Please read them before booking.
Who you are dealing with
VYBEX, a sole proprietorship operated by Shourya Patil, Kolhapur, Maharashtra, India. Contact: shourya@vybex.co.in · +91 84464 67701.
What we do
We organise and promote events, and sell tickets to them through this website. Event details — date, venue, line-up, price and capacity — are shown on the site and can change; we will tell ticket holders if something material changes.
Tickets and entry
- A ticket is a personal permission to attend the event it names. Each attendee has a named ticket, and we may ask to match the name at the door.
- After payment we email your ticket references to the address you gave us. Bring that email — printed or on your phone — to the registration desk.
- Entry is subject to the venue's rules, any age restriction stated for the event, and applicable law. Venue security may refuse or remove anyone who breaks those rules.
- Do not resell tickets above face value or transfer them for commercial gain without our written agreement.
- If you lose the email, ask us and we will send your ticket references again to the same address.
Prices and payment
The price shown on the booking screen is the total you pay for that booking, in Indian Rupees, before you confirm. We do not add fees after that screen. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see your card or UPI details. Your booking is confirmed only after Razorpay tells us the payment succeeded and our server verifies it.
Refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Using this website
Please do not:
- try to break, overload, probe or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems;
- submit someone else's personal data without their permission;
- use the contact form to send bulk, automated or unlawful messages;
- copy the site's content or branding for your own commercial use.
If you find a security problem, please report it rather than exploiting it — see our security contact. We welcome good-faith reports.
Content and intellectual property
The VYBEX name, logo, site design, photographs and videos belong to us or to the people we licensed them from. Anything you send us — for example the names on a booking or a message through the contact form — stays yours; you give us permission to use it only to provide the service you asked for.
Photography and filming often take place at our events, and footage may be used to promote future events. If you would prefer not to appear, tell our staff at the event or write to contact@vybex.co.in.
Availability
We aim to keep the site available and working, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw parts of it, and we may pause ticket sales at any time.
Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for providing the event you bought a ticket for, and for handling your data as described in our Privacy Policy. Where the law allows us to limit liability, our total liability to you for anything connected with a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Indian consumer law, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Ending the relationship
You can stop using the site at any time and ask us to delete your data (see the Privacy Policy). We may refuse service or cancel a booking if a payment fails, if a booking appears fraudulent, or if these terms are broken; where we cancel a paid booking for our own reasons, we refund it.
Changes to these terms
We will post changes on this page with a new version number and date. For material changes we will give notice before they take effect. The terms that apply to a booking are the ones published when you made it.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes will be handled by the courts at Kolhapur, Maharashtra. Before going to court, please write to us — most problems are quicker to fix directly.
